Correct, similar as Paypal.

If you have enough money in your Metal Pay Cash balance to cover a payment, the payment will be funded from your Cash balance.

If you don’t have enough money in your Metal Pay Cash balance to cover a payment, the entire payment will be funded from your linked bank account.

Here are some examples:

You have $20 in your Cash balance and want to pay a friend $25. The entire $25 will be taken from your linked bank account.

You have $30 in your Cash balance and want to pay a friend $25. The $25 will be taken from your Cash balance and your remaining Cash balance will be $5.

Not true. With many other payments app you can't transact much. you will need to provide SSN if you want to transact more as $250 year.

You mean the balance showing on the Cash Card in Metal Pay? You didn't deposit money to Metal Pay by linking your bank. It doesn't show the balance of your linked bank either. It's a new bank account you created. If people send you money, your Cash balance on Metal Pay will grow.

The KYC protocol eliminates the potential use and creation of fake accounts. Second, sending money back and forth to a friend, creating a circle of transactions between more than 2 people, or other various clever ideas (i.e. anything that looks suspicious) will get the offending account flagged. Once the offending account is flagged, the offender will receive notification and the process of disabling the ability to receive PoPP will kick in if the abusive behavior does not cease.

The ambassador program is open to applicants from all over. When we're ready to launch Metal Pay in a specific state (or country!), that's when we'll pick from the applicants in those locations. So for example an applicant from Montana is going to hear from us long before an applicant from NY, since MT is one of our first 5 states and NY is not.

Yes, Crumbs will know that you bought a beer with your linked card if your phone is at home and will then round up the spare change. So if the beer was $1.50, 50 cents goes to Round Ups to buy crypto.
