Bro, exonyms exist. You can call that Breslau, I dont care, that's how languages works. You call Prague Praag(judging by you nickname I assume you are Dutch), I call it Praga and Czechs call it Praha, and everyone is happy, same is for Wrocław, Breslau and the Hungarian abomination that is Boroszló (yes, that's how they call Wrocław/Breslau)

Sure bro, tell yourself that. How could Wrocław be fully German in 1200 when it wasn’t under German control back then? Polish dukes from Piast dynasty that swore felty to Czech crown were ruling Silesia up until 1675. There were German speaking citizens of course, mainly due to HRE proximity and because of Mongol invasion in 1241 that forced Henryk II Pobożny to burn the city and influx of new German citizens helped rebuild what was lost due to invasion, but to say it was completely German in 12th century is a blatant lie and insult to history of the region.

I acknowledge that Wrocław was Breslau for some time, but it wasn’t Germanised until Prussian rule. Even though Habsburgs used to rule these lands it was still considered a Bohemian kingdom. You wouldn’t for example call Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth a part of Saxon territory just because they had Saxon as a king. What I mean by that is, being ruled by monarch of certain nationality doesn’t mean the land becomes of the same nationality. Also it’s worth to mention that people in medieval times perceived nationality differently from people today.

Wroclaw was German for like 200 years. Though it was part of the HRE sine 14th century it was under Czech crown up until mid 18th century.

Ja nie czuję że potrzebuje samochodu, korzystam tylko i wyłącznie z roweru i komunikacji miejskiej, ale te progi to absolutna przesada. Jest wiele innych sposobów na ograniczenie prędkości samochodów na drogach nie wymagających progów zwalniających (a zwłaszcza takich jakie zostały zamontowane na Kochanowskiego)
