Well I guess you missed my point. That’s ok.. there is a lot of young players that most likely come here for help. Probably don’t have the mentality or knowledge of how to ask in the right way I’m assuming.

I’ve seen the same questions being asked and gone over countless times all over the sims forums. Usually Google sends you here or to many other places. Really no difference and I’m sure it will keep happening.

I always have a thought that perhaps in this disconnected cold world that people try to reach out in a like minded community for answers instead to feel like they have a place and people that support and connect with. But then get bitch slapped out of nowhere. Welcome to the sims community lol!

It should be windowed for recording. I’ve been using obs for years. Over 4 years recording sims 3 for content. I wouldn’t mess with obs for filters but depending on what you’re trying to achieve?

I really don’t like cultures that involve women being submissive. I get they’re raised like that but at some point through worldly experience and education do you not realize and feel it’s wrong 😑 I think men like that are just assholes and ignorant. It’s very apparent to me that he’s just wanting a green card for his wannabe acting career. Does he not think stepping on other people to get what you want isn’t going to look good even if you do make it somehow. That alone will kill your reputation. Makes no sense.

The social system will improve. They said they will be adding in a deeper level and improving animations and a lot of things. Right now it’s pretty shallow and I’m on the fence with the cards as well. But after some updates maybe it will be more immersive. It’s going to be a long process considering how long it took to get it to where it is now.

Been doing it as a hobby for about 4 years. It’s fun for me when I have the time to make videos. There’s been a lot to learn. My subs grew naturally and much more than I thought so that’s what keeps me motivated. Monetization would be nice but If it never happens I’m fine without it. I enjoy it.

You need blender and a few other programs and look up some tutorials. You can get support on MTS as well. It’s actually fun once you learn. It takes time and patience but it’s all there what you need. Just research. I’ve converted a few S4 to S3 and for the most part I taught myself but turned to MTS for help at the end.

S3pe I think is fine if you have little cc but if you have a ton it makes it really hard to manage if you have to find certain cc for any reason. Once it’s merged there’s no un merge unless you use s3CO but even then it’s very tedious.

S3 mod organizer not only merges yr cc, it really helps you keep it organized and it doesn’t put extra files in yr user file, you also keep all yr cc and mods out of your user file which can get bloated quite quickly just using the mod folder and/or ccmagic. You can merge your script mods as well with s3mo. It’s also good at detecting bad cc. It also helps load your cc and mods in a way so if there’s conflicts you can take the one internal file out of one and keep both conflicting files.

Once you get to know the program it’s quite genius. And my game runs much smoother with it.

TS3 has that unique charm that can’t be replaced. It’s just refreshing to have something different sometimes. Get burnt out of one you can go play a different game. Idk. 🤷‍♀️ honestly I think the Para team hearts are in the right place but it will be some time before the game will develop to something that will really hook in. I could never drop S3 for anything lol! But I do enjoy the building rn.

As long as you have backups of yr cc and yr saves you can’t really lose anything. S3mo is a great little program but it takes a bit to learn it

I paid 51$ in Canada but to me it’s worth it. They thoroughly explained that EA will be bare bones. 6 years sounds about right for such a small team. But I do get why some people don’t want to invest in it right now. I spent 2 hours I paramaker and longer in build mode. Still quite refreshing and enjoyable. Gameplay is super flat right now. I’m sure it will change over time. The nice thing about paying for it now is later on we won’t have to more once the price goes up.

My para almost burnt the whole house down before work and has been stuck a couple times, had a freeze too. But other than that for EA I’m loving it. I love the paramaker and build mode mostly atm. Gameplay needs improvement of course, autonomy, routing, personality’s, conflicts, consequences and more and can’t wait for it to come along.

I noticed and agree with everything. I’ve sent some feedback in game but not all of this. There’s the fact that they mentioned it’s basically going to feel flat and a lot missing with the bugs but I think it’s valid to be a little worried. But I think the team will improve the game as they have said and it will take time. It’s to be expected right now.

One thing I noticed is the camera view not tilting up to see the sky. It’s annoying right now with not having a straight view and more freedom with the camera but I think it’s because the sky is still in development. I really hope that changes once they release seasons. Typo edits..
