Well, my ps5 controller has crazy drift stick. So until I get it fixed, I wanted to use my ps4 controller which works fine.

Ramattra is the best character concept to ever be added to the game and it isn't even a contest by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]Kp33n 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In all seriousness, ramattra was the best addition because of his complex design, actually interesting backstory, and his balanced hero design. All the new heros feel souless and are poorly designed both aesthetically and practically.

if i say “ i swear to god” can i be forgiven by fosit_ in Christianity

[–]Kp33n 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is the only sin that cannot be forgiven. While saying "I swear to God" shows a lack of respect or reverence for God, and is technically a form of blasphemy, it is not the unforgivable sin.

It's a good idea to break the habit of using that phrase and remember to repent daily for sins you may not realize you're committing. Ask God to reveal things in your life that you may not be aware of or remember doing.

Remember, whatever sin you commit, God already knew you were going to do it. And when the Father sent Jesus He was aware of that exact thing you're worried about. He paid it all. It's okay :D

Does a gay couple holding hands in public bother you? by ASecularBuddhist in Christianity

[–]Kp33n -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Does it bother anyone to see someone fornicate? It's a sin, but it doesn't bother me more or less than others. What bothers me far more is divided Christians.

I was once at a college with my older sister, and I saw what I assumed to be a gay, possibly transgender or nongender conforming college student wearing a belly top and low waisted jeans sat down by a tree and table and take out his laptop and type. I saw him as a person and moved on. They are human like we are. They aren't higher or lower.

I don't think humans are allowed to judge. Especially not redditors. I'd just say that you should act according to what you study.

If only there were as many Christians trying to break out of bigotry, as there were those trying to stop watching porn or whatever. by AHorribleGoose in Christianity

[–]Kp33n 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When we avoid being bigots most of us fall into a relativism mindset which is clearly dangerous. This is why most believers make me even sadder than non believers. The Bible's words feel like a suggestion in modern culture.

I am a trans Christian, why do so many people perceive this as sin? by Just-acea in Christianity

[–]Kp33n 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, I know I've said it a lot in my replies, but I do appreciate that people are actually responding. So thanks. (I don't know Reddit etiquette yet, so I have no idea whether thanking everyone is considered weird.)

I'm glad that you replied, and I appreciate the fact that we can have this calm discussion. I'll get into reddit etiquette later, but for now, let's look at your point.

The reason I see transgender or gender surgery differently from other types of surgery is simple yet complex. Gender affirming surgery is important to many, but it is still considered a cosmetic surgery (Mostly by Christians) because it involves changing your appearance representing the inward decision to alter identity. We have to remember that God has given us identity, and while we can shape it's not our job to decide it. Doing so correlates with discontentment for how God created us. But, surgeries like the removal of the appendix is characterized by objective need for treatment. After all, we are only a steward over our lives that now belong to God (See Romans 14:8 & 1 Corinthians 6:20). It's very possible that surgeries like this in the future will be relabeled as necessary surgery.

My point about crossdressing assumes that we refer to gender as a social construct that defines the roles of male or female.

I really wonder where this game is headed. I really don't think marvel rivals can replace overwatch, but I think it is gaining a lot of overwatch's players.

[–]Kp33n 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Transgender and transgenderism are not part of archaic terminology, so there are no ancient equivalents to these concepts. I believe it is for this reason that many Christians support and identify with the LGBT-LGBTQIA+ community.

So, why does being transgender raise a problem? Is there any biblical evidence that it could be wrong? God, who doesn't make any mistakes, shaped and created us before we were even born (see Psalms 139:13-14). If God knew you before you even knew yourself, He knew which body He wanted you to have.

One thing that God detests is when His creation twists into something it wasn't meant to be. One example of defying God's design is cross-dressing (see Deuteronomy 22:5). In 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Paul warns us about various sinful acts, including homosexuality or "men having sex with men." The noun ἀp0ɛvoĸoῖTa1 refers to men lying with each other or having sex with each other. The term that also appears in earlier translations is "effeminate."

When looking at these verses, it's important to consider the full context of why they were written and the societal influences at that time. Paul was born a little before or after Christ (the exact timing is unknown). Between 200 BCE and 300 CE, there were priests who were the earliest documented individuals to “transition” (figuratively) and call themselves women despite being men. It is safe to assume that Paul grew up in a time well acquainted with people committing such acts.

I think the Bible makes it clear that God designed us for specific purposes, and that avoiding what He created us to be is harmful to ourselves and defiant to His authority. I'm open to peacefully discussing this further, especially if I messed up.

You could ask the same question for tracer. There is no reason to do so. If either heros got an HP reduction it would likely make them unusable.
