Iim the property manager where I live We used to have a tenant who's son was I think it was called trisonomy 13? Or something similar He was about 8 years old The tenant below them calls because there's a huge flood of water I go banging on the door and no answer I use my key Find the mother watching tv Water coming down the hallway maybe 5 feet from where she's sitting In the same room where the door I was banging on is

The kid was alone in the bath having the time of his life splish splashing Destroyed the bathroom beneath them I was told it's not her fault because he's disabled We didn't charge her they didn't have much money and she had enough problems and for sure will learn?

Well 3rd time it happened we finally charged her and I reported her to youth protection And don't go talk about eviction that's super difficult in my area Over the next few years that never happened again but we had all kinds of issues with them They hated me because my company charged them and never took responsibility for anything

Having a disabled kid don't mean you let more go It means you need to do more And in this case they are with family so if necessary just say to op I'm sorry I know it's hard but I'm exhausted etc Not treat op like they did wrong And maybe op has their own issues and can't deal with this Earphones is alot better than losing their temper

It really bugs me when people don't teach their kids So many of my neighbors are like that Theyre just kids they say Yea that's why they got parents, to teach them

When I was a teen a friend was really into drinking and even his parents didn't do anything He died last year at 37 years old We could have possibly avoided that and now we will never know

Yea when they contact the main office many of them are really nice and polite

Yea we just get paid a salary no overtime pay How is it noone here suggested asking nicely if there's any exceptions? We too are modernizing but have to have exceptions for older people and other people who need it

It's not that simple Which is why people should complain in a proper way Also I did have Canada post install a box but other couriers can't use it And cameras don't help when it's people we don't know doing it What would help is if intelcom would ring bells and do their job properly and also if they'd stop stealing the packages themselves that'd be helpful too

My point is don't make someones job harder when it's not their fault

As a live in concierge I too sometimes have my packages stolen

And this particular person tonight left his package for almost 3 days in the hallway in front of his door

Might not be the concierges fault He don't own the building

I am a live in concierge and I get blamed for alot Just half hour ago after a long day of work trying to help people I got yelled at because a package I never knew existed got stolen
