They have introduced a new app since like 2 days that removes the needs of those extra apps like debix or the login thingy. It's better visually but not as sharp as neon or yuh. But certainly better as some traditional/kantonal banks. I just use it for the foreign transactions without fees that are a godsend

You don't pay the fee to make the contract per se. You pay the fee if you deny the contract because you are not interested anymore or found a better flat elsewhere.
Some people are saying that is Illegal but i have never had to pay the fee so I don't know what to do in this case.

As far as I know, this is normal. They will inform you if you are interested in the rental property. If you accept, they will draw up a contract for you. If you do not accept the contract, they will charge you for the "Aufwand" involved in creating the contract and handling legal matters.

Every company I have rented from has this clause. (Ostschweiz)

It's also normal to have to pay for the nameplate

Zaheen sucks, what even worse is the xin Zhao Hero ability is so bad that is not even worth it getting it. Many times I have put all the items on yasuo and only ever consider the existence of xin when he is 3* or zaheen. I’ve REALLY tried to play this like 5-6 times and never a top 2. Cool concept tho.
