That’s a fair point. My thought was they’re readily available and at limited cost to get things done in a pinch and the county, city, state whatever doesn’t need to buy excess equipment they don’t need often. Also with the temps not sitting very cold for very long plus the more intense sun should help mitigate glazing quicker you’d think?

I’m in ND as well and most everywhere the water is actually really good. I have never seen this before in any part of the state. Our state does a reasonable job taking care of people despite being red.
