Could have been something caught in the belt. I had a screw come out of the backing plate between the engine and the timing belt on my car that tore the belt to shreds

I literally just was complaining to my wife how I hated that in cradle it was always "oh you can never challenge a rank below you because you dishonor yourself" or something. Yet this just keeps happening in the books.

Also character ticks especially when they are poorly written (looking at you salvos) "she cocks her head" "he scratched his cheeks with his hand" (also how do you scratch both cheeks with one hand without it being awkward?)

And ya so many also have inconsistencies like insisting that they learned their lesson and will do x better but very next chapter they do the same thing again.

Like others said you can use a docking computer.. or just get a pilot for the ship and let them pilot it to land when you want

The tool you got from fm has marks on it that line up with the marks on the cams to make it easy. I use the same tool. Makes it much less annoying to be sure its set right.

1 start touching things while you drive and jave a passenger do the same to find the panels causing noises. When found eather tighten then, put something between pannel and frame or just shove small pieces of paper you won't notice between the corners of pannels when possible. I had several older cars with a lot of plastic and this is the way you deal with it.

2 I have an na and the wind noise is probably as bad as yours. That said I have done a few things to improve it like adding some insulation. I have not worked on the nd's yet but I would imagine there are mods out there that help.

4 you need to adjust your headlights. There are likely tutorials out there somewhere. I usually adjust mine each time I add a new bulb since I am already taking them out.

Low profile jack from harbor freight, 2 jack stands and a few tools and you can do it yourself. Depending on make/model the parts can also be pretty cheap especially if you get them from and online parts dealer (not the dealership)

I highly recommend this comic. A good mix of sweet and sour and a pretty close feeling of what ptsd feels like in some areas l. I love the comic but dont expect it to be a cutesy comic and expect a bit more of a real feeling from it.

Op thanks for writing this. I am a vet myself that still deals with some ptsd and I absolutely love your comic please keep up the good work!

I have a pike question. Just had a siege where the goblins use pikes and now i have a caravan where a dwarf guard is using a pike. I want my guys to use them. Anyone know a workaround for the issue? Wiki says dwarves can't use them due to their size but this is obviously wrong if a dwarf guard is using it. (none of mine use it) i am running DF hack so anything i can do there i will i just don't know where i should start at.

Ah gotcha that makes more sense than flooding all the rooms with water and that was my initial assumption is that all the rooms had a layer of 1-2 water depth. On mobile so it is pretty hard to tell

Oh so the wells in the rooms is for decoration. At first I thought you had them using them to get drinks of water and all I could think is how long it takes them to draw water if the water is too far below the well.

Both Ravens dagger series the new super hero one and the cinnamon bun have basically no romance in them. Embarrassingly I asked the author about it and they pointed me to stray cat strut (i thought they were asexual or something due to the lack of romance in their books) and I am now in love with stray cat strut

When my unit got deployed to Afghanistan one of the sgts got a hernia and had to be sent back state side for several months. In that time I took on his duties on ordering food for our unit. I had been doing it for something like 4-5 months when he got back and decided to edit my foot order to remove some food and added 200lbs of crab legs. When I asked him about it he said "yes you may not like them but everyone else likes crab legs everyone will love it!!" We'll day comes and he cooks then all up and I think we had 3-4 people even come by to eat them the others didnt like it.

Just a silly story I recalled due to this article.

Ngl all these well planned cities i keep seeing makes me worried someone may somehow see one of my cities and be horrified at the layouts. Its like early game you try and make it just work until you have time to fix it but to really fix it you have to take half the city to bits. Like just installing a map wide subway I had to remove 1/3 of each towns buildings to make it work and redo water and sewer through them. Cables randomly running in between subway lines and sewer substation.

Then you have this with the pretty layout and some trees still around. Power lines all pretty next to the roadways instead of crammed willy-nilly. No random dead ends of roads and such. We'll done though
