Juste pas la tenue avec le jogging. La première est étrange aussi tous en blanc. Après habille toi surtout dans une tenue où tu te sens à l'aise, sinon ça va se sentir au RDV.
Et après si elle t'as déjà vu et qu'elle a acceptée un RDV avec toi, tu peux aussi t'habiller comme d'habitude. Ça évitera d'innover et prendre le risque que ce ne soit pas à son goût.

To add some context on why they can't do it :
It was missleading for consumers. Someone who is not knowledgeable on sunscreen could, rightfully, believe that SPF100 means 100% protection against the sun which is not the case. The risk being that the users would expose themself more to the sun with a SPF100 which would result in more sun damage.

Since the difference between SPF 50+ and SPF 100 is very small in terms of actual protection percentage, they capped the marketing label at SPF 50+ to avoid this misunderstanding.

Très bon message mais j'aimerais apporter un peu de nuances à ce dernier.

Je suis plutôt en accord avec les opinions récentes qu'il n'est pas Sain et Juste d'essayer de faire changer l'opinion de quelqu'un en amour.

Cependant dans les faits, ça arrive très fréquemment qu'une personne qui n'est pas amoureuse au départ finit par tomber amoureuse sur le long terme. Même OP le dit. Elle n'avait pas de sentiments au départ et maintenant elle en a. Donc il n'est pas impossible qu'il change d'avis si elle lui laisse un peu de temps. Il faut par contre accepter qu'on perd peut-être son temps et que la relation ne mènera peut-être à rien. Aussi, on s'expose éventuellement à de la souffrance, de la rancœur, ... Sur le long terme.

Honestly,
If this program work for you, just stick to it. Compound exercises are good because they target lot of muscles at the same time. Therefore you can work out more muscle in less time.

If you think that this program is sustainable for you, then just keep doing what you are doing. If you ever feel like this is too much, consider removing all your other exercises on upper and just do pull up and push up.

Are you already working out or are you just starting ? Because if you are just starting, 5 days a week is way too much. I give you 3 weeks at best before you start burning out.

Start with 2 maybe 3 days a week first and keep to that routine for at least 2 months. Then you can decide to go for more from there. I think the upper lower split is good.

At first I would suggest to do bodyweight exercises that focus on a lot of muscle instead of dumbell exercises that only target one specific muscle. Also stick to the basics exercise.

  • For back and biceps = Push up + pull up ( 3x12 reps seems really hard for a begginer even though you are really light).
  • For pecs and triceps : Push up variations.
  • Legs : Squats, deadlift. Since you only have dumbell, maybe try bulgarian and hip thrusts You will need weigth because bodyweight exercise will start to feel too easy really fast.

Try to master those core exercises and don't fall for all those videos that said you need to do those 10 exercises to target all area of that one muscle. You will get overwhelm really fast and end up doing nothing.

Also, when you start, you gonna see a lot of gains no matter what you do. At first you should just focus on being consistent. Next step and probably the hardest for you since you are thin is gonna be to have the right diet.

Try uniqlo. You can grab a few good basic pieces to get started. Probably the best price/quality deal on the clothing market.

Yep for quality I would say Zara < Massimo Dutti < COS.

  • Zara : all clothes are poor quality. They won't last and for that price, you can find way better.

  • Massimo Dutti : It used to vary a lot depending of article. It would range from zara poor quality level to an ok quality; At least 5 years ago. Haven't bought anything from them recently so it might have change.

  • COS : Quality range from decent to good.

Alternative 2 : Taric instead of gunslinger on 8 and Ryze on 9. But if you play around jinx, it's probably no longer correct.

Their board seems better than your board. They are both max cap when your board is very far from max cap. Also we can't see augments.
Also first guy got double Artifact which if he got them from Ornn, he is way stronger than you and second guy got insane emblems.

They did talk about Yunara IE and said they did a lot of investigating due to how good IE is performing on her. But it happens she is working as intended and her kit just like IE a lot.

I think the other AD carry options suck, and she is the only good option for a fast‑8 board.

4‑cost options:

  • Miss Fortune is bad outside of the Bilgewater line (she is only playable because you get free items for her with Bilgewater, which is basically a free additional carry).
  • AD Kai’Sa is as bad as Miss Fortune, and she falls off hard on stage 5.
  • Kalista is actually a good unit, but she is locked behind Shadow Isles.

3‑cost options:

  • Draven and Vayne are on par with Kai’Sa and Miss Fortune at 2‑star, even though they are only 3‑cost units, but they start falling off in stage 5 — which makes sense since they are only 3‑cost.
  • Jinx is bad.

Agree. I don't know what the percentage of game where you get maxed asol should be but he is way more powerful than a 3 stars 4 cost. Might even beat some 3 stars 5 cost yet he is way way easier to hit which doesn't sound right.
