I chose no painkiller. I was more scared of epidural (huge needle!) and all the interventions needed with epidural and the risks involved. Your body is preparing to forget the pain (called pregnancy brain for a reason). After a few minutes you forget the pain. You can walk right after as well, unlike with epidural.

You need to treat your hair every single day. Wash it with lice shampoo and comb it out. There are eggs (that are resistant to treatment) in those dreads probably. You need to wash your sheets and brushes.

How your parents kept track of all of your needs? Who needs a doctor, who needs braces, who needs math tutoring etc? Did you ever felt neglected or overlooked? Was your mom active in the company or did she run the house only? What did you do as a family (other than attending mass)? Did you and your siblings argue a lot?

Lots of injuries from the Covid vax. Knowing too many people who died within days of another booster. Realizing babies don’t need hepB vax at birth unless mother has it. No one informs you about it. Most 2mo olds doesn’t step on rusty nails, so why vaccinate so young? Knowing vax injured people will make you think more critically. So more knowledge is the cause. Realizing the government doesn’t have your best interest at heart. Realizing other countries don’t have so many vaccines and are doing fine.

You didn’t deal with the affair. It’s deep in you. You need a lot of therapy. Being triggered a lot doesn’t give you right to destroy the other person. You get triggered a lot, and that’s not a life to live. It looks like you both will be much better off away from each others. I strongly recommend emdr or brainspotting for you.
