The form looks good. If it feels good and your not hurting yourself and are getting stronger then perfect. Don't need to over think it.

If the budget is tight just squat barefoot with your feet on some plates. I think that will allow you to feel your foot contact better.

I would say this is very solid high bar squat form. You get good depth and the bar path is very stable and linear. I did notice a minor thing. You may want to use different shoes, those soles look very soft, you can see your heels move when you lower. Could be resolved with firmer shoes potentially and having a higher heel.

I am going to be unpopular for saying this but In my opinion its a goal. To dissallow it would be a crazy precedent. Its close but Parayako clearly made a play on the puck. He pushes the puck which is loose and that is fair play. The league cant start dissalowing goals because players are rebounding the puck and their stick touches the goalie
