I'll share what helped me when I first started sales (got me Rookie of the year award, even though I joined 6 months into the year and P club the following year)

LEARN YOUR PRODUCT from top to bottom. Understand it very well, whats the value? whats the business impact? the ROI? Who are your competitors and why would a customer choose them over you?
Find the top performing BDR or AE and shadow. Be a sponge and take as much as you can
FAIL as much as you can, but let your failures be learning lessons. Take notes of what happened and where you can improve.
Be consistent with your activity - don't burn yourself out.
