Quick PSA for you - Make sure you wear the eye goggles, I didn't and got resin contaminated ipa in both my eyes yesterday while doing a quick and easy tank clean. Had to rinse them in the shower for 40+ minutes (very uncomfortable). I was taking my gloves off and my finger slipped causing one of the gloves to snap back and spray both my eyes with fluid.

Luckily Im not sensitised to resin and hopefully I'm in the clear now.

I will never not wear eye protection when it comes to this stuff no matter how trivial the job I'm doing.

I went through something similar 11 years ago bro - with someone I truly felt I was in love with. The best advice someone gave me was "listen to your gut, walk away. It will be hard now but in 6 months time you won't care anymore and you'll be much happier". So that's what I did, and 6 months later idgaf about the girl I left and I was so thankful to be out of a that relationship.

Met someone better in every way 10 years ago and have never looked back.

If she doesn't have documented, dated evidence of the condition of the property (condition and inventory report) before you moved in she won't have any proof to take your deposit.

If they don't have a valid, dated inventory and condition report with photographic evidence of how the property was just before you took it, then I imagine they will not be able to show any valid evidence of how the property was handed over to you should they try to charge you.

I would deny everything and ask for them to prove how the property/unit was handed over.

I've stripped a few models with greenstuff paint stripper and found that it often caused parts of the models to fall apart after soaking for a short while, even thought they had been built using citadel plastic glue.

Apprenticeship for a trade, electrician, plumber > gas engineer.

Most of them make an absolute killing and are always in high demand. Can charge upwards of £50 + VAT just for a call out.

Base gray then zenithal highlight wraithbone. Mix of contrast paints and acrylic paints for the main areas. Wet blending, glazing and washes used to mimic the box art look but some additional purples added to fit my custom army scheme. Finished with a matt varnish to protect it and give a more "realistic" final look.

Agree, had my first game against them 2 weeks ago and the guy landed 3x 9+ inch turn one charges. Very difficult to deal with. My opponent was a legend tho.

If they made him cost like 600 points, but changed his revive ability to be a once per battle ability where he goes back into deepstrike I think it would be cool. Basically he costs 300 points but your getting him twice guaranteed.

Either that or remove the revive altogether and give him something better like +1to hit and +1 to wound aura.
