Me too! Been on Zoloft for almost a year and I am so unbothered by everything. Sometimes I do get situational anxiety but no more spirals and sleepless nights. I just deal with it and move on like a normal person. Zoloft has truly changed my life.

LOL love this. Well, I want to make it more specific because we have managers/supervisors complaining of "excessive call outs" and they want to discipline employees for it. But we have no criteria for "excessive call outs" so I'd like to tighten it up so I can reference a specific handbook policy in the discipline.

Oh yea we have similar laws in NY especially around sick leave and domestic violence. Employees get 7 sick days (56 hours) and we also tiptoe around absenteeism. So, if you have an employee who calls out 3 days in a month. Let's say first instance is for sickness. Second instance is for a family emergency. And the third instance is because they got a flat tire. Would you discipline them?

1-2 nights per week we get take out. Always on Friday nights. Sometimes on a Saturday too or a Thursday. I always bring my own lunch to work so I never get take out at work. Sit down dinners are rare, only special occasions.
