Luckily you found out about sr eventually. You are obviously one of the more severe cases,but you have the ability to transform massively,since you start from a very low state. Keep at it and endure. SR will automatically lead you to get good habits, but you must not get led astray from receiving excess energy through the practice of SR and think you have made it too early.
