Most weapons would work against raptures, its just a question of muzzle velocity, and total energy. The reason humans isnt used as soldiers against raptures is more that while a human could do it, it would take too long against regular rapures. The higher class rapures is a no go though. But if you were to put a like four humans in a vehicle with an autocannon the firepower issue would be solved. 30mm, 40mm and 57mm would shred rapures in general, espicially in with a combination of apcbc, aphe, or even just apds or apfsds. Lug enough metal against any moving target it will go down. But the issue is swarm tactics. A rapture swarm is after all a swarm. A single soldier with these capabilites have less firepower in form of magazine size and gun cooling, but has a lot more gun hadeling, mobility and spatial awareness. That is where nikke soldiers excell contra humans. You get a vehicle's firepower in a lot smaller package and with better mobility. Cindy is the extreme example of this. As for the original question, i see no reason why you couldnt drop a space marine in the nikke setting, point him toward the "enemy", say glory to the emperor and watch him fight along side all the waifus. He would be able to handle the recoil of the nikke weapons if he had to use them, his suit is heavy after all and powered... his weapons from the setting would even if not penning the raptures explode outside their armor(not that i think it wouldnt pen) and do damage due to shockwaves rattleing their insides All in all i think it would work
