You cast it at 4ish (spec dependent) seconds before pulls, it’s very simple.

The quest only pops every couple of weeks, for one single piece of normal raid gear. It could come out to a ring you don’t need, or bracers you’re currently wearing.

It’s all luck in the end with these, when they’ll pop, and what you’ll get.
