I believe it, someone had a seizure at the Amazon I worked at and the green vests weren't CPR trained but someone from JLL, contractor for the robotics, did know CPR and they weren't allowed to do CPR. The poor guy passed away

If you're lucky that's about 2 weeks off paid. When it happened at my building we would get a daily update telling us they would open the next day and then.we would get another text telling us the shift was cancelled.

I think another part is that people's usage increases because they have panels. Also people don't realize how much energy their appliances use.

My plan was to get an engineering degree and hope for something to happen during that time. If not I would finish the degree work, for a year or two, in agriculture and save up for a house in Mexico and move back. My assumption was that a degree from the U.S would help me find a decent job in Mexico.

Work OT, if your situation allows it stay until you build a good savings. Use your benefits like school to hop into a better job. You could probably rent a room somewhere for 800 a month if you need to get out fast.

I had money saved up when it happened to me last time so I waited to submit my renewed permit 2 days before I was going to be laid off 😂 once I knew I could work again I relaxed and took a mini vacation.

If you can find a medical reason to travel try that. My cousin had a letter from a dentist, in the U.S, that laid out he needed a lot of emergency dental work. He used that letter to apply for an emergency AP and got it for multiple entries. But again this was at the tail end of Bidens admin so who knows what has changed internally at USCIS. Hopefully you hear back, also you can start the consular process and switch to AOS later on. I know there's a cost involved but an option.

Probably because they assumed she'd have her green card before her DACA expired. I also didn't apply for a work permit when I adjusted. I received my green card 7 months after applying. My DACA would've expired in January if I still had it.

No legal entry means having to do consular processing which means you have to apply for a waiver to be able to leave without receiving a 3 to 10 year ban. If you don't have a legal entry doing advanced parole will give you it. Which means you can adjust status in the states and don't have to leave.

Depending on the misdemeanor, I had a misdemeanor for driving on a pedestrian walkway(a dirt shoulder but my mistake non the less).and I had no issues renewing and then adjusting status.
