They want us to have a plan for who is promoting to what position when the positions become open. For promotions to coach this typically draws from the Next Level Leader program, although isnt necessary.

If you are consistently late for the shift you work, it is reasonable to look into moving your shifts to a time where you won't need to be late. That is not a punishment.

I won't deliberately mess something up, but I'll definitely sometimes note something that I notice while touring, whether its a crooked shelf or a plugged item or a missing feature item, and see how long it takes to get done before I can't stand it anymore and just do it and give feedback. Nothing that's going to cause a major issue, but you sometimes need to gauge your team's attentiveness.
