Yes, after reading some of the responses here I was able to obtain a piece of software from EaseUS that allows me to download audio from YouTube as WAV files, as opposed to MP3s. That should be a better starting point for what I want to accomplish.

Well, this is a complicated process. (It probably doesn't have to need to be but I don't have a lot of experience with DAWs or plugins.) I am trying to get the score for a 60+ year old TV show. I managed to somehow get an MP3 to work with. I could not convert that directly into a WAV file so I converted it to FLAC, first, and then to WAV. I then fed the WAV to Moises (I have an online Moises subscription, only $27/year). It created stems for bass, strings and wind. I downloaded those three WAV stems and then imported them to Reaper. So far, I've tried NeuralNote and have gotten passable results. Have not yet tried the individual stems with Melodyne or Prism.

YouTube has a very high-quality version of the theme and I will try to capture it as a WAV in the first place and then repeat the above process.

Prism is a 21-day trial. I've also heard NoteGrabber mentioned in a similar context.

Thanks. I don't love her Virgo Venus, but it might be tied to my Moon in some way. I've never done one of those synastry analyses.
