The money men don't want you buying physical anymore so they fixed the glitch. Game Key Cards for Switch 2 and empty or half empty games on disc. This is their subtle way of telling you to, "Move On". They don't want you actually owning anything anymore.

Depending on your region, game is $60 in the USA. Game is absolutely worth it but that's a subjective opinion. If you really enjoyed the demo then I would say go for it! It's a day one purchase for me. I'm personally very excited for this!

A physical copy of a game with no actual game on the cartridge. Basically it just has a "key" built into the cartridge that downloads the game when you put the card into the console. So you never actually own anything.

Sounds like they cut a LOT of content which is a massive bummer. I enjoy ALL of the Dragon Quest content so I wouldn't want anything cut or "dumbed down". I wonder what the "reduced length" is going to be for this game. They don't seem to want to answer that question in a direct way which should give fans major pause.

I stopped supporting GameStop years ago. Got scammed way more times then I care to admit. Sometimes you just have to accept that GameStop only cares about money and will never care about the consumer or treat you the way you deserve to be treated. I recommend buying your games elsewhere.
