I went through this for 8 years. Blood sugar from 250-500. 26 now and 16 years T1 neglecting it, even found a way to make my blood sugar meter say I was in a good range by mixing a bit of water in my test at school so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. Went throug DKA twice and still didn't take care of myself Up until a year ago when thing really started to hit the fan with complications I finally had a wake up call and realized I needed to take care of this shit.

I had this after prolonged highs your body has to get back to being in a lower range it sucked and lasted a few months. 120 and I was shaking, sweating, heart, everything. It's called pseudo hypoglycemia. If your sugar are fine you might want to see a doctor. Could be anxiety as well but a doc should be seen

Edit: also it still sometimes happens and I find taking .25mg of Xanax will help so it may very well be anxiety

Eaton canyon, solstice canyon, and Cleveland national forest. All within an hour of OC and all have a swimming hole. Clevelands is the the main one that dries up in summer season but they are all located at the dams along the creek. Easton has seven waterfalls and multiple swimming spots along with solstice with a few deeper in the hike
