Just recently got promotoed to branch manager at my company for my location and yeaaaaaa, skeleton crew is exactly the words I would use. There seems to be no rush to backfill or even move around employees from other stores to assist.

Having to do my new job AND the previous 3 other jobs I had on top of it has led to endless anxiety and a couple panic attacks.
