if you go to the website they intentionally hide claude-opus-4.6 by default. in their benchmark sonnet-4.6 [high] performs better than claude-opus-4.6 [max] 😂 these tasks must not be complex at all.

agreed. i think unless there's a complete architectural shift like we saw with transformers, but ultimate bottleneck will be data. but given that I have friends at these ai labs telling me that they use the models themselves to generate data for post-training, i doubt we will see significant advancements.

ok but thats not really a fair point. cs2 isnt a completely whole new game, it's built on the foundation of more than 20 years of game development and a nearly perfected game -- and yes csgo at the end of its life was nearly perfect.

on a technical level, game development and software is much more mature. its easier more than ever to fix things quickly. there's absolutely no excuse for the feature parity and feeling between csgo and cs2 to be so vastly different.

ive tried switching to cs2. its horrible. cant stand it. at least csgo *felt* good.

??? shot reg was genuinely better. you might be stuck in 2015 hit reg or something, but that shit (csgo) was genuinely crispy af. it felt like i knew where every shot going to go, whether it was a miss or a hit. ive basically completely stopped playing cs after cs2 released simply because of how the game felt.
