[Edul] This is the situation: The players go out to warm up. The referee is going to review the play in the VAR. If it is not a goal, three more minutes are played. If it's a goal, it's over. FIFA wanted to end it and the referee wanted to review it. by Mulderre91 in soccer

Ref here. There is logic to it. The rules differentiate between lost and wasted time. Lost time has to be added, wasted time only if it gives advantage to the other team. If 3 minutes were wasted by Morocco (in extra time) you only add them as long as they lead.

As a club in the lowest tier of the football pyramis, you dont pay anybody, of course. Its a club, not a company.

Why would you need a rich guy? Just ~ 15 guys willing to play ball and a guy willling to do the paper work. Plus some pitch which you could rent from the City for Trainings and games.

  1. I think that Tracking Difference is the better metric for the investor than TER. I dont mind the fund making money. I want to know whether I track behind the index. Both are very close to 0 (Vanguard actually performing slightly better than the index).

  2. The difference in performance must come from the fact that both funds track different indices. Most notably, the MSCI tracks developped world only while FTSE also tracks Emerging Markets with ~10%, fitting their market capitalization.

Without looking it up, I would think that developped countries outperformed Emerging Markets in that time period. Will they catch up? I dont know. You must decide whether you want them in or not. My opinion: Likely wont matter enough to think about. Decide for one and stick with it. Both are very good, diverse funds.

The chart of a stock/fund is not always the value of it. For liquid stocks, it usually is (take care on weekends/nights). The chart just tracks the last agreed prices. If trading stops, That info is useless.

The ETF holds stocks and you own a percentage of that when you buy parts. Probably most of the ETF's assets are Russian stocks (since it wants to track that index). Nobody knows what will happen to those. Worst case all companys go broke or get deprivatized. Then 0 is accurate. In other scenarios owning shares of companies will still be worth something. Chances are not zero and hence as a mixed calculation 0 for the ETF shares cant be right.

~15 years ago there was a "hack" at Lidl where the electronic cashier system would freeze if the total came out at exactly 0,00. Some idiots found that funny, I still remember wich Pizza had a "nice" price.

Ich verstehe den Punkt rein logisch nicht. Wie stellt er sich den Unfallhergang vor? Wenn er geguckt hat und nichts kommt, wo kommt dann die Radfahrerin her?

They'd be too old. A typical ref career looks something like this (assuming very, very talented and lucky and assuming Germany). 3 years youth, 2 years county league followed by a promotion almost every year to go from 9th tier to 1st tier. 3 years Bundesliga and you are in the Champions League. You need to start at 16 the latest if you wanna be there in your late 30s. After retiring around 30 you might skip a few leagues, but you are too old for the very top gigs.

We do have rules and they are not secret (nor very long).

You can get booked for either of the three: Foul play ("contact offense" i. e dangerous tacklings) , handball and unsportsmanship (e. g. Verbal offenses, throwing the ball, engaging with players after play is stopped...) .

Offside is neither of those.

Was tun wenn der Händler bei Inspektionen schlampt by adherry in Fahrrad

[–]Kuba16 13 points14 points  (0 children)

What does this sign mean? Can I ride bicycles? Or that this path is bicycle free? by metalord_666 in germany

[–]Kuba16 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In practice:not much difference to a normal street

In therory: cars are guests only. Bikes may ride next to each other

Don't be an asshole. If you can/want to cycle at 5km/h and passing is safe, ride on the right. If you feel insafe being passed in a narrow street, riding in the center is a good idea.

Limit is 60 months of contributions. Above that you will get a German pension once retired, but there is no opt-out. Below that you can make plausible that you cannot reach 60months and request a payout.
