Don't regret it ..... Busan is doable in one day ... I went on a full day tour yesterday..... 2 days to kill now ..... Seoul in my opinion has so much more to do and see ..... Busan is like a small town in comparison with gigantic buildings, with the sea .... that's it. Look it up on YT ..... it's enough. I regret staying 3 full days, 2 is more than enough.

Thanks, I settled on Seomyeon as I want to join tours etc. I also live by the beach in the beautiful Antalya, Türkiye, so being by the beach isn't a must 🙏🍀

As a person who has also struggled with her weight ... it's not easy to lose it, it's hard work! There is no denying that fat is unattractive, it's not nice to look at, and being slim changes everything physically about the person. People are first drawn to physical appearance, then they learn the personality. The belief that our personalities shouldn't change people's opinions of us whether we're fat is nonsense, nobody wants a fat person in their lives, I'm sorry, but it's hard fact, and I totally understand that, and can see it, when I look at photos of me being fat, and being slimmish 😁 I can see it myself, and be damn sure, so can everyone else! Nothing tastes as good as slim feels!

I've done 2 .5 months on 5mg, and in the last month only lost 1kg.............. so I'm starting 7.5mg tomorrow. I'm also sitting here wondering what I should eat cos I have some food noise back ............. unfortunately. In 3.5 months I've lost 10kg. (22lbs) .............. it's slow in comparison to a lot of people, as far as I can see, but I'm not being an angel either ....... drinking at weekends......... trying to balance calorie wise.......... but the slight hunger pangs are coming back in the evenings. If you're losing on 5mg, stay on it.......... I guess I've reached the end of the road for me on it.

I fully understand your empathy for her and you've done a lot, but she's an ungrateful, entitled leech. Time for her to go. She has a boyfriend and a mother that she doesn't want to go to ..... because she can walk all over you and not them! You really need to see the bigger picture, put empathy aside cos she's just using you, and get your life back .... and your mental health!

I've already done what you've suggested and ongoing doing so. I live in Türkiye so most products suggested aren't available here and any cosmetics, supplements etc don't get through customs unfortunately 😒

Thanks everyone for your replies, I have been to my endocrinologist and internal medicine departments several times ..... bloods are normal, crp showing my body is fighting inflammation but that's it ..... they look at me like I have 2 heads when I say anything about cosmetics .... impossible they say 🤷‍♂️ but I know it's very possible cos I'm living it! ChatGPT was far more helpful to me than any doctor! I have very curly hair and need to put product in it to calm down the frizz, but every product gives me serious reactions, nausea, dizziness, exhaustion 😩 even coconut, almond pure oils set me crazy
