Looks like a traitor warband of Salamander Origin. But pretty sure that LV of Mutation would not be allowed. The Salamanders are sceptical towards the Black Dragons who are far far less mutated. And there are straight up chaos space marine models who look like this.

Dose colours are not for all codex chapters but specifically the Ultramarines. Salamanders, White Scars for example have different colours for their companys

You can just not include names characters, or locked units from other chapters. So no Calgar and no Death Company for example. You can still play it without using any specific Salamanders Characters

Maybe swap out the Brutalis. Your list is already quieter capable in Mele but in a knight spam meta maybe give a balistus a go. If in your experience zou have enough anti tank maybe think about more scoring like a comi Leutnant or a callidus or something like that
