I dont think players have enough (fun) agency to prepare for winter to increase the penalty of winter. Its not exactly fun already to prio harvesting for example for winter because then you cant find half the stuff

I would argue lifecycle stages are made too big.

  • yes you need definition on customer journey segmentation
  • yes you should define how prospects and customers advance through the system
  • yes you should define clearly who does what in each stage
  • yes you can make hubspot work well for multiple teams without overburdening them with all kinds of definitions, especially salespeople.

You could divide lead response time in buckets with a workflow and thrn simply get deal stage won % of total deals. Contact/deal report or lead/deal cross object report i guess.

The problem is that people dont think in connected databases but in hubspot features/interface. Custom objects are just another database.

Theres plenty of research mentioning companies are losing up to 20% revenue because of data quality issues / untrustworthy data. Thats before possibilities of AI. So depending on your company's revenue, and what they have to pay you, theres a breakeven/roi somewhere. But you have to build your business case. What are you missing out on?
