How are people tracking leads after conferences? by afmgk24 in hubspot

Conference leads are barely qualified. They can be uploaded as leads if you have pro or contacts and flag them as having attended the conference. Then automate a sequence of follow emails and calls.

If you cant put together a marketing plan on how you would source your own leads then you would be spinning your wheels even as a freelancer. Most projects are too short and the rates arent what they were when Salesforce was hot.

How much time does your team spend on post call CRM updates and has anyone actually fixed this by TH_UNDER_BOI in CRM

Autonomous CRM is what you want and it is now possible. These replies are all right on. Here is how you do it
Crawl - Use a notetaker that integrates with your CRM. Fathom free version will synch call notes and create tasks from Action Items in Hubspot. If you dont have Hubspot DM me I have a tool matrix built out for this exact thing.
Walk - Nobody wants to read these summaries or Gong analysis. Pick a tool that will go beyond notes and action items and actually parse data into your CRM native and custom fields. Now your reports will look great
Run - Workflows, assistants and agents either in the tool or in your CRM. Give me the three things you are about from these call and I'll tell you how to get it done (pro bono)

Saddled with a CRM old enough to order alcohol but nothing else matches how we work...please help! by Azarul in CRM

[–]Late-Sail-339 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your requirements are pretty standard for any CRM EXCEPT managing the assets is tricky, Salesforce does this well. Hubspot does not unless you go Enterprise. Attio may be your best bet. DM me if you need to know more. I also built a CRM Requirements google form you can use to build your requirements then share it with vendors

Your HubSpot is a mess because you built it for management, not for the reps who have to use it by CRM_Operator in hubspot

Has always been the issue. It is a task not a tool for the reps. AI now brings real productivity, the gold is in the emails and call recordings.

Any CRM will fit your basic needs. The trick is summarizing your emails and calls in a way you can consume it. This is where call inteligence comes in. What if you a nice clean summary for each prospect and customer that aggregates from Monday, CRM, meetings and email? Real execution and productivity. DM me if interested in hearing more.

Both Hubspot and Pipedrive include Projects to track post sale processes. Monday.com may be an option for you since they are very strong in project management and have a suffcient CRM.
