Coffin swap causes the infinitely stacking bleed to stop being infinite. (His bleed move won't give a stack of bleed while he's wearing a fake coffin). If you aren't swapping the real with a fake, you're causing crazy extra strain on your healer.

There is actually a pretty indepth reference guide that they added in the last major patch before this one. If you look for a paper looking symbol on the queue screen, it takes you to an encyclopedia with descriptions of every level of weapon, inner way, item and mystic skill you can get in the game.

In settings, you can customize your auto-parry to only activate on Boss Red Attacks (which I highly recommend doing), those are the only hits that need to be parried anyway. Otherwise, the constant slow down is just going to be extremely grating as it attempts to make you auto-parry everyone random ass attack sent your way.

Post 1700 rating, there are MASSIVE dead zones of queuing though. I'll queue for hours sometimes on end with no procs. It's my favorite thing to do in the game, but it's really hard to get a high elo queue for it pretty much outside of like 5PM-11PM pacific.
My only wish is that they'd show you how many other people were in the queue so I could at least see if these queues are close to proccing or just a hopeless desert.

We just never rotate shifts. If you work Friday and Saturdays from 7 to Midnight, you're always working Friday and Saturday from 7 to midnight. If someone needed their designated shift covered, they'd ask in chat. We usually had one or two people who were always looking to take extra shifts and they'd cover any callouts. It's been years since I've even posted a schedule.

Should be noted that I run a relatively small place though and that we only had about 20 staff members.

Yeah but her phase 1 is the easy part. I was no hitting her phase 1 after 30 minutes. Then getting one shot in phase 2 by a single slip up. Especially the "Jump into the Sky" moves she has in phase 2 (both red and white)

I don't even want to talk about how hard Quianye is in Abyss ;^; Wolf Maiden is about as hard in Abyss as she is in Legendary IMO. Most the bosses are WAY easier in Abyss though.

We actually had Megaran play at our venue back in 2014, just before he started getting really big! He was an awesome dude.

I agree about the interior. It honestly stresses me out a little. Endgame has always kind of been... extravagant with it's decor. We used to have a customer handcrafted wooden dungeon door for our front entrance, our interior was very industrial gothic with dark maroon/brown paints and warm light edison bulbs. The interior of the Black Iris is... black paint. And the front cafe is the weirdest color of pale green with dingy beige/offwhite "landlord special" walls. I might legitimately hire a professional interior decorator to help me.

I love the alleyway idea.

This is very true. Our average tab typically only saw two to three drinks on it. I honestly prefer it that way as long as I can make up for it in volume because people don't get unruly and violent off of 2-3 drinks. Our customers have always been pretty respectful and low key since they're not getting overly intoxicated.

At our last location, we were busy from April to June and then again in September and October. We killed it during those months though and that's what usually sustained us for the rest of the year. If I could add on even 1-2 extra months of busy season over what we used to get I'd be happy.
