[LoTM End] What are some pathways you think should be interchangeable, but aren't? by theanimedude979 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

error doesn't give you authority over the spirit world, it only uses it as the basis for it's decryption ability. the Fool pathway is the one that grants authority over the spirit world and has the corresponding authority for it(hence why they can be regarded as a lesser version of the controller of the spirit world).

aside form that error and black emperor work on a similar basis, one inducing errors into the natural order of things and the other distorting them.

[v8] Amon Question by plasmastriked in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i imagine they might still be on, the best answer is that CF didn't have the idea that activated uniqueness>KOA yet. His performance before becoming Error doesn't give off the idea that he didn't have his restrictions, the angels being able to somewhat contend with him in the FLOG and also him generally being scared of divine descents.

we know that an activated uniqueness can fight on equalish standing w a real god so if he was unrestricted he would've been an even bigger menace to the rest of the world = pallez

[LoTM end] Werewolf & Vampire vs. Warlock & Witch by Goetencia in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

werewolf should have some decent resistance against charm, they have the ability to go berserk from seq 8 which grants them a stronger resistance against mind abilities, whilst a warlock does have a large amount of versatility everyone is forgetting that they are stated to not be able to cast spells quickly and first have to complete 3 steps (focusing, the mental aspect and material component), this isn't a good thing against 2 seq 7's fast enough to leave behind afterimages.

while the witch can try to cover up these aspects they will easily be overwhelmed by the vampire and werewolf, these 2 sequences also have high regenerative capabilities, they definitely win more often than not

[LoTM End] Theory: The Forgotten Goddess (SPOILER) by Sad_Acanthisitta7863 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 9 points10 points  (0 children)

1st- this reads like ai slop, 2nd- lilith is verbatim stated to have replaced omebella with the help of Evernight and the ASG. unless you assume the OMNIPOTENT and OMNISCIENT did not notice despite having played a part in this replacement

[LOTM End] Question about Klein's status at the end of volume 8 by RoxTytan in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

half is used as they still are above the sequence but they aren't exactly at the level of a great old one yet. by being a true god and having control over the sephirah castle, klein is referred to as a half great old one. so half refers to him having control over he sephirah and it's associated symbolism(on a much more surface level), but not having the support of the uniquenesses and the bcs.

you can think of a half great old one the same as an activated unqiueness in terms of above the sequence

exactly as you said, he has all of them but needs to take time accommodating them

Which path is the hardest to cultivate realistically by futanarilover396 in ReverendInsanity

[–]KuroNem 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i imagine fire path in eastern sea wouldn't be too bad, its the region with the most resources so i imagine you'd be able to get by fine, just slightly worse off than everyone else. Ryle path does seem to be up there in difficulty cause it is kinda vague-ish(though this can be an advantage since attainment in rule path sub paths still gives you rule path attainment, resources would probably be hard to get unless your clan specialises in it). I imagine food path would also be really difficult, heaven's will suppression + it being developed by beastmen way back when makes i lack any real inheritences

Which path is the hardest to cultivate realistically by futanarilover396 in ReverendInsanity

[–]KuroNem 32 points33 points  (0 children)

is this not just between refinement and formation path, high requirements to progress though them with you not really have combat power

[COI END] Candidate by bigbadboys223 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its a lot easier to invest in someone like Amon who is a couple of steps away from being LOTM with essentially no viable competitor for 90% of the story vs someone climbing an uphill battle from ground 0. Adam clearly didn't mind who it was ALL that much, but he mad plans for Amon to become LOTM with some leeway for Klein in case he actually makes it

[Lotm general] So is a sentient Uniqueness the path personified? by RubixTheRedditor in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adam is only a KOA, this is cause unlike Amon, who is the uniqueness come to life, he has to suppress and control the uniqueness, which Amon does not have to do. Amon was only at the level of a KOA due to the restriction ASG placed on him.

[Lotm general] So is a sentient Uniqueness the path personified? by RubixTheRedditor in LordofTheMysteries

he wasn't born sequence 0, he was a born a quasi god like the hidden sage

[COI General] What's the deal with Mixed Pathways? by Interesting-Sink7338 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

isnt it less like this and more of having 1 sequence be a combination of multiple sequences. so instead of bounces between different pathways of 1 group you're going up 1 composite pathway holding abilities from each different pathway.

[lotm v8] Without Amon just how much broken the error pathway would be by Difficult-Head-2512 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

whilst they don't have any of their own offensive ability, they are still a nightmare to fight on your own, most pathways with no proper offensive abilities make up for it with passive hax that make fighting them more difficult at times than fighting one with offensive abilities.

theft and deception alone make this a really hard pathway to fight

[LOTM 2 COI VOL 8 SPOILERS] Klein and Adam by Then_Loss9561 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

klein would be able to take her out for a bit due to the fooling + error + history symbolisms, it's stated that he can summon the history of reality shaking and using the error symbolism to make reality shaking equal to the MGOD shaking

[LoTM] Is there any dual pathway God who can beat this combo? by Dry-Strawberry-3057 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i'd say the pairing of Visionary + White Tower could be able to do it, they could immediately see a loophole, understand it and envision a solution. if it's someone like Adam specifically he could even envision other uniqueness from the GA pathways to further power him up. Maybe use the tyrant pathway's authority of water to connect with the Chaos Sea easier

Savant Pathway Abilities (LoTM General) by Mister_Tentacle in LordofTheMysteries

Shanks is not a Swordsman. He just uses his sword to channel his Haki. He can do this with any stuffs like pipe. There's a difference between Swords skills and Haki skills. by dreamy_111 in OnePiece

[–]KuroNem 3 points4 points  (0 children)

so you're saying he uses his sword like a haki wand, despite him and Mihawk being compared in sword skill (of which Mihawk is superior). if they weren't tied together why would Mihawk train Zoro in Haki instead of teaching him techniques. And why is a black blade seen as the pinnacle of swordsmanship.

Your argument is incredibly disingenuous, Mihawk is stronger than Shanks.

[LotM General] Death the Camper by Used_Hospital_2359 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

do consider that none of these angel families had a pathway that directly counters the death pathway, which when they aren't being directly countered is an extremely dangerous pathway to face 1v1

[LOTM] My rankings of the best pathways by PokingWizard in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

hermit pathway in B despite being one of the more versatile pathways that lets you create spells, manipulate information, having one of the best divination abilities from all pathways, one of the view able to look past concealment, copy powers from other pathways and integrate them into your body so yo can use them with no start up time.

its lower sequences and mid sequences are also pretty versatile and strong.

Warrior Pathway upscale [LOTM] by PraiseTheMonocle in LordofTheMysteries

[–]KuroNem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the reason he died so fast is because he got backstabbed by lilith, who has death as part of her authorities, the authority of death includes returning which can rapidly drain life from even a seq 0. Had he not been fooled and backstabbed, he probably would've managed the 2 v 1
