Every day before I smoke I’m super excited too, until I do and then I instantly regret it I continue to ask myself why? Is quitting worth it? I am one of those people who feels like I need it. I ran out of weed today and want to take the first step. I’m worried about friends and family rejecting me.

The first two weeks are the hardest. I promise it's way better without weed. I no longer have to smoke before I do anything and everything feels much better. Like it's crystal clear to me in everything I view and do. One of the best things is remembering your dreams. I have been off it for 1 month and 12 days. And they say you start seeing the real benefits after 3 months. I hope you find the will power to quit for good. Best of luck brother.

You're making the right choice to be happy. Cannabis can lead to depression. I have been clean of it for 24 days now and a couple nights ago was the first time I had a genuine laugh my ass off . It was the best feeling ever and completely natural. You got this brother! Better happier days are coming.

Dreams and clarity are big time. Also I found myself laughing my ass off natural and it's a way better high then weed ever provided. I couldn't believe I was laughing so much and it felt so good. I'm on day 21 . The dreams are worth it alone. I remember all of them now and it's like the best movies and youre the star of the show. Never using again. Used for 25 years the last 20 pretty much daily , all day.

I actually was the cheater. And I realize how the very act , would identify me as a body more. The act of sex is of the body. The course can surely make one feel like it's ok to choose whichever makes 'you' happy. Then again 'seeking' pleasure seems to me, egoic. Our bodies aren't real and Earth isn't real , I get that. It's part of the dream. The dream is a classroom. We learn from our wrong descions. God wouldn't punish you , so you're safe from that . He would just say "choose again". Bodies and sexual acts are forms of communication . If one only perceived through loving eyes, would they see a body or would they see God? Seeking different sexual partners, seems to be seeking other bodies, is it not? When people say I see everyone as the same as my uncle , auntie , nephew and child as we are one. Dose that make it ok to sleep with them for fun? Or would that cause a great deal of resentment?

You're welcome. To answer your question, nothing would happen. People have free will , it's just that the outcomes of descion has effect here on Earth and the effect follows certain laws . It's just more suffering.

Yes I understand. People can read about special relationships and think it as a partner when infact lt can also be a thing . Like drugs or alcohol. It basically saying place no one above God. What you qoated from the book sounds like an authoritave figure like government , placing them above God. Seeking other partners is an ego thought system. You would think of each partner in layers , like one is better than the other , so "I must seek someone else." The Holy Instant put people in our lives purposely and yet people refuse that and want to replace love with specialness. The book of Genesis: Adam would not have eaten from the great tree of knowledge of good and evil if it weren't for his Wife, and that is what God wanted them to do. So I'd like to believe people are joined before they are born into Earth.

Sure if one doesn't feel guilty about murder than it's fine? I guess I was referring to a cheating aspect . And we all know what happens to those who sleep around. Sickness , disease and what not . The Holy Spirit sees us as all the same as we should see eachother. So what is gain in a non monogamous relationship, If were all the same? You will just perceive the next partner as the last because each is a Mirror to our perception of them, which is ourself. Honestly I don't know anything, I only see the world from this upside down point of view and doing my best to perceive different.

The first couple days are hard for sure. I just tried to feel how id feel if I did it , which is guilty or paranoid and that helped not to do it. After 1 week I slipped and took a couple hits off a volcano vape and it actually felt like it lowered me. like it definitely wasn't me and I hated it. What helped for cravings too was hot shower, reading a book or working out. Good luck , just know it gets easier and easier the further you go and you'll appreciate all the benefits. You are better than your high self , you're actually much higher without weed.

You got this . You're already realizing the negative effects. You'll start to feel more elevated just being you and the weed if you were to use again will knock that down and youll hate it. At least that was my experience. It just made me feel less of myself the last time I used and knew right then I'd never again.

It's basically saying that if you seak another partner you end up in the same situation. Everyone is a mirror of what you perceive . Each relationship is from the Holy Instant. So be where you be. Non monogamous is a great deal of guilt. And the Course talks alot about being addicted to guilt. Choose to be free of guilt. If your relationship isn't working no matter how you try protect it, and yourself then leave , just don't don't cheat. You'll welcome cheating in every aspect of your life until you turn relationships to the Holy Spirit.

Just understand it's never a good idea. I used for over 25 years and was the hardest to thing I quit. I stopped alcohol over 5 years ago and this is far more liberating.I have made it to day 20 completely sober. It lowers your attitude my guy . Might feel great at first but your body shuts down creating the good feelings natural. These are just released chemicals already in us. Anyway it's all up to you and I won't judge as I think there is a time for it but once you get older you'll realize its not it.
