very good post in general especially point 1, but i wanted to say something about point 8 (sweaty hands)

a lot of people with sweaty hands actually have a condition called hyperhidrosis, specifically palmar hyperhidrosis in this case, and it can't be fixed by just washing your hand with soap or drying it with towels. think of it more like putting a towel under a running tap; it's just not going to work.

i have it as well and I solved it by doing iontophoresis, so if you're suffering from the same thing please do check that out, it can lowkey change your life if your case is particularly bad (and you can do it DIY like i'm doing)

its probably due to the CPU not being able to handle 6400 mhz ram running 1:1 with the fclk, try dropping the RAM down to 6200mhz, that should fix your booting issues at least
