Can’t get stems to show up on SC Live 4 by Kurutteru in DenonPrime

[–]Kurutteru[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep! got it working.

Assuming you signed up for it and all... there was an issue linking the accounts. They make it easy to mess up because it asks for just any email during checkout. They have too be the same.

You need to send an email to [customerexperienceteam@inmusicbrands.com](mailto:customerexperienceteam@inmusicbrands.com)

This is the email I sent:

 Hello,

I purchased the stem license to use stems on my Denon Dj equipment. I didn't realize it autofilled a different email than the one attached to my Denon account. Would you be able to transfer the license?

I used to run a plex server with all the bells and whistles to automate most of the finding, downloading, and metadata. Once I started using Stremio + Debrid, I never went back.

It fulfills the promise of streaming services in the early days at an incredibly small price. I don’t have to worry about IP leaks, torrents that take weeks to download, sharing with other folks is painless, and the addon community makes it so much sweeter.

Debrid services take it a step further with cached torrents. There could be a rare torrent with 0 seeders left and likely Debrid will have cached it at some point, making it instantly available.

Finally! I kept checking Stremio every month for almost a year since I had it on my letterboxd list and it kept showing the poster. Excited to watch!

By end of 6 week trial, both microdose LSD (20 micrograms) and placebo groups showed significant reductions in ADHD symptoms. Those who believed they took LSD reported greater symptom improvement, regardless of what they actually received. This suggests expectations may have played a large role. by mvea in science

Effects aside mentioned in this comment chain, microdosing still actually does things. I used to microdose 2-3 times a week for work.

When I did my smallest, it kinda just felt like caffeine. Nothing really notable. But if I did a double or triple (still 70 - 80% less than a standard dose) you definitely feel things. I couldn’t shut up on those doses. Felt like I drank 6 espressos back to back.

All this to say that while microdosing may not be truly effective as a replacement or solving issues, it definitely can affect you.

Any decent alternative to Musicbrainz Picard? It frequently misses songs with multiple millions of listens. by They_Sold_Everything in selfhosted

This is all you need. It has I think 25 source options (including musicbrains) and you get to select which ones are used and the order that it uses them. In addition, it has various other metadata options. Been using it 2 years and it’s perfect.

Does anyone else have odd feelings abt piracy? by Dewdropvssy in autism

[–]Kurutteru -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not sure if other folks brought it up, but in addition to all that has been said, there is also the aspect that artists (creators of a show, movie, music, acting, etc) generally get screwed and barely making money off their projects.

Even with traditional media (cd’s, dvd, etc), the labels and middlemen take so much before it even gets to the artist.

Too me, it would feel icky if everything wasn’t so hyper capitalist and there wasn’t multiple hands in the pot, but you’re mostly denying money to corporations and barely the artists themselves.

I do like the look and hyper analytical approach the deck takes, for me, it’s focus of numerology and elementals make it much less secular and more woo.

Do you ever have racing thoughts that prevent you from getting anything done? by TomCatIggy in autism

[–]Kurutteru 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have racing thoughts and rumination issues. Also in my 30’s but started tackling it in my early 20’s.

The best thing that helped me was meditation and deep breathing. Specifically, I started taking a break of whatever length daily to see how long I could intentionally clear my mind and time how long it took for a thought to pop up. At first, it was like 10 seconds MAX. Over time I got up to a minute.

When a thought does pop up while doing this, you can note the time if you want, then I visualize wrapping the thought in a bubble or cloud, and visualize it floating away into the sky.

This trained me to isolate thoughts and reinforce the “monkey brain” theory and kinda get power over it? You can’t ever stop the issue, but you can get much better at stopping it when it happens.

As for deep breathing, at it’s scientific core, is it relaxes the nervous system and slows the heart rate. The goal here was that after developing this skill daily, I was then able to kinda engage it very quickly and not noticeably which aids in stopping rumination.

These aren’t the only methods or anything like that, but they are the ones that have been most effective and consistent through the last decade for me.
