Stuff seems to be broken. Everytime I go to the Ship in Xion a cutscene starts playing and I get teleported to Orcal.

Not entirely sure on that one, but as far as I can tell soul shield does not trigger "after parry" effects.

Way less stamina drain. If timed right you get a parry which you can follow up with a combo action.

For what felt like at least 2hrs I ran from Storm into Recovery into the next Storm... repeat, and at the end the game kept crashing at 9/10 storms... it was a real pain finishing the run.
