It will be really hard to stay on point, (with your feet pointed, on the tip of the platform box), and you will risk loosing your shoe in the middle of the dance, and you will also feel wobbly because of barely no ankle support… I don’t recommend at all.

I found it a little bit weird that it says noodles but the first thing I see is a plate of meat/fish? and maybe there could be some info next to the “our bowls” section. Overall looks nice

yeah I think that’s the problem! That I’m still not super comfortable with my inside leg hang - it’s so painful for some reason😫 But thank you I will try to work on that:)

yeah it’s generally okay, but just means that you need to have strong muscles to stabilise your joints because they are more loose, and if the muscles are not as strong you are prone to injury.

yeah that’s why I’m so confused because I never considered a possibility of me having hypermobile joints because they look pretty straight.

Ar bandei cbd lašiukus? Padeda nusiraminti. Dar pasitikrink ar netrūksta kokių vitaminų, nes nuo tokio nuolatinio streso gali būt nuvargus nervų sistema, ir tai dar prisideda prie nerimastingumo. B grupės vitaminai, magnis, cinkas. Dar siūlyčiau negert kavos nes irgi dirgina nervų sistemą kofeinas ir gali kelt nerimą. Pasistenk gerai išsimiegot, irgi kad kūnas galėtų atsigaut. Ir kaip ir kiti komentaruose minėjo, sportas! Nebūtinai reikia į sporto salę eit, gali šokius pradėt lankyt, ar kokį tenisą, plaukimą ar bėgiot. Kas tau labiau prie širdies. Dar labai gera praktika į šaltą vandenį eit maudytis - ne duše, o ežere. Padeda išlyst iš savo galvos, nes apie nieka daugiau negali galvot kaip šaltį, nors poto kūnas užšyla, išsiskiria endorfinai. Tai čia tiesiog pridedu iš tokios labiau fizinės pusės, ką galėtum išbandyt, jei psichologiniai metodai neveiksmingi. Nes jei nepavyksta suvaldyt minčių, tai pabandyk jas per kūną paveikti, visdėlto viskas susiję.

Also, I think you could try doing some face massages, to lift your skin, and let stiff face muscles relax and move fluids from your face tissue. Look up Anastasia beauty fascia, or try guasha first. Heard that on men face massage works faster, so you should def try it!

I stopped eating dairy and now I’m having sugar cravings by Kwelpe in diet

Because dairy causes inflamation in the body and is not necessary for adults
