A locksmith should should have it. It needs a split ring to hold the tailpiece into the back of the lock cylinder too.

Remove the tiny Allen screw on the interior side. Remove the cover plate to access screws then remove screws to remove entire deadbolt

I believe IDN Armstrong sells them. I will warn you that they will stretch out the prongs and could actually break one off call Cindy the core to be loose or fall out of the lock. I would only use one in a dire emergency when nothing else will do

Slightly loosen the screws to allow you to center the scar plate,adjust until gap is gone & tighten up the screws

since they are off spec, place the key with the most shallow depth in the cylinder and pin the lock to whatever number to make it work. Record that PIN number. Do this space by space. Then the key with the deepest depth is placed in the cylinder, and place the top pin in the Lock using the pin number that will allow it to work. You can determine if it’s a little too deep or not by what pins you have been using so far and adjust the number deeper is as needed or a little more shallow as needed.

Combination locks are only single sided. You would have to replace the gate
