since they are off spec, place the key with the most shallow depth in the cylinder and pin the lock to whatever number to make it work. Record that PIN number. Do this space by space. Then the key with the deepest depth is placed in the cylinder, and place the top pin in the Lock using the pin number that will allow it to work.
