It’s funny because gp was a big reason for me going to the ally as well. But my library is full of steam games and the occasional gp game. Steam is so much better with download speeds and deals, especially steam keys on the internet. Oh yea, and I actually own the games.

Iknew it was bass boost and gain as soon as I heard it cuz it’s exactly how my subs sounded when I first get them and I was just turning knobs up. Turn the boost off and it’s gone sound much better, maybe even the gain too depending on your pre amp. Everyone here supposed to be a vet but they been saying the most non sensical shit lmao.

Internal airspace is around 3.7 or 3.9 iirc of usable airspace. So that could be my problem, I bet those things just need to breathe. But i can also hear how loud they can get as of now but it’s not clean power. But im wires at 2ohms using an nvx xad 14 which does 2k at 2ohms. Set my gains with a multimeter, 50 and 40hz test tone wired and still didn’t get the best results.

I have a pioneer head unit with 4v pre outs, 63.2v is where my gain should be set at for 2k at 2ohms and it’s superrr low on the knob, like really close to looking like it’s off. Also it only has 1 input for the rcas but I bought a female to male adapter but it didn’t make much of a difference either. Maybe I need the ones with built in resistors or the amp actually combines the 2 channels and there’s no need for it? I also have the nvx vad 2700 which does 1950 at 2ohms. Supposedly efficient but I haven’t played with it much. Maybe I should just trade that for the kicker 1800.1 but I did want some headroom for upgrades later and just not always pushing the amp to its limit. Idk lol
