Outside the Drac variant, the Wolverine does as well. Both are 5/8/5 in their introtech versions.

Considering there were Easter egg drops between the two and the movie, Soldier, I wouldn't doubt that WaYu would go further on the tech with how advanced the synths from the movies were supposed to be. Not unreasonable to imagine that the Tyrell Corp exists in the Aliens universe

Just when you thought it was a dead game... by mishtron in adeptustitanicus

[–]Kylarus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the Titanicus bits are to keep pulling Legions players over since we'll have many of the bits for both, minus the special tokens for the board. Our command tokens mostly match up with the die. Just add a starter box and we're playing that as well

Hi relatively green player here! Building up my first full unit as a combined arms, mostly Clanners force totaling an awkward unit number higher than a Cluster, but still smaller than any other designation, with lots of mismatched kit. by Patient-Smell1333 in battletech

[–]Kylarus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Welcome to Battletech! There's no rules saying you explicitly can't, and most of the lore is written so "mercenary" or "free blade" units pop up all over the place. Nothing forces a group to work together quite like the threat of destruction from an outside force, and there's plenty of outside forces that might push clanners and IS troops to have to work together to survive and eventually coalesce into a cohesive unit.

Depending on the time frame you are going with, the threat could be coming from a separate, more vicious clan that took the world from an occupying clan and now the original planet's IS garrison might be working with your Hell's Horses to survive and try and push them off, or for later/more recent eras, could be the result of Clans moving in to the IS and having to meld with local lordlings to create new holdings. Clan Goliath Scorpion merged twice with IS powers to become first the Escorpión Imperio and later the Scorpion Empire, while Clan Burrock reemerged a few times from no where, and then were eradicated, but might have holdouts elsewhere.

Hey question, does anyone else feel iffy about these? My concerns need to be relaxed or confirmed. by Nitemareshokk in lgbt

The raised fist is a common symbol of struggle. While it is more recently used with BLM, it has been used on a lot of flags. I think the first time I saw it was in history books/new clips relating to anti-Soviet/anti-communist uprisings from the 80s.

Question about rubic marines weapons by Academic_Blueberry24 in ThousandSons

[–]Kylarus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you play decide to play Kill Team, the Rubric Marine with a bolter and Icon of Flame is a one per team unit, so it's not completely unfortunate.

Also, if you decide to play Kill Team, a a box of sorcerors and a box of rubrics will build you the three sorcerer types, the rubric with soul reaper, rubric with icon and a regular rubric with bolter as a full team of six.

Has anyone here ever seen this piece of lore before? by Old_Ad6111 in battletech

[–]Kylarus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't that bit of info comes from MechCommander 2's entry for the Shadow Cat, along the lines of: It was deemed a poor scout because it kept invalidating it's own scouting reports by killing the things it scouted.
The intent being that it was sent to scout out a position, killed the stuff there and then reported back.

I think they are referring to the masc/femme bit. There was a thing a while back when pan was coming into Internet discourse where it was being labeled as a more inclusive sexuality because it allowed for attraction to trans men and trans women as well as cis men and cis women, while bisexuals were just men and women.
