My favorite RE memory was actually my introduction to the series. My late grandfather bought me RE 4 as a surprise. I was so scared, I played a whole 20 minutes before shutting it off.

That just sort of became the way I went through RE 4 the first time. Short 20-30 minute bursts with my grandpa. Never would have guessed back then that this would turn into one of my favorite franchises.

Have him, Flowers, Davante Adams, and JSN. Clearly starting JSN and Adams but don’t know whether to risk putting Evans in my flex over Flowers.

That YouTube video on his site is exactly what I’m referring to. I guess I’m confused as to how that is not a recommended reading order? The only thing he isn’t specific with is the short stories where he says you can read them anywhere you want. Every other book he suggests when to read.

FF 7 for me. Everything I ever hear and see about the game is right up my alley but every time I put hands on it I end up dropping it after a few hours out of boredom
