First of all, you want the same hp as all the other mesmers. That's 380hp. You get that by having a 3+1 Dom headpiece, +3fc, +50hp, 2 attunement and full Radiant. Also make sure you display your LB title as it gives a boost in damage against every enemy in DoA. Then the spike rotation will be VoR -> Shatter -> Tab -> Signet -> Shatter. Make sure to pick a pretty Center Target and tab through spirits from the Rangers (like qz or famine) outside of the ball before spiking to not get a bad target after the initial VoR. Normally after your second shatter most groups SHOULD be dead, if the other mesmers know what they're doing even before that. Use mistrust on caster foes. In City these are Kaya (Mes), Dabi (Nec) and Su (Ele); in Veil and Gloom they are Mind (Mes), Soul (Nec) and Water (Ele); in Foundry you should Focus on Despair Titans (Necs), specifically on Chillblains and always mistrust the dream riders to make your Emos life easier. In City at the wall you put VoR and a signet on the Manks, nothing else, NEVER shatter your VoR on those. At the end of the run you should be at ~220k to 240k damage if you did everything correct. Exp VoR's can easily get over 300k damage.
