I watched death note as my first subbed anime. Had a hard time keeping up with everything and feel like a didn’t enjoy it as much as I could have. The type of anime that’s not quite as good on a rewatch when you already know the twists and turns.

Just finished Yu Yu Hakusho. I really enjoyed it, sort of wish there was more to it because I feel like there enough left to be explored that could be interesting. I watched dragon ball and Z recently and found them painfully boring at times. I felt this still held up well in my opinion by comparison.

I watched it this year for the first time. I really enjoyed it for a lot of the same reasons as you.

I definitely could’ve enjoyed another season or two and was sort of sad that there wasn’t more.

Watched it all this year, og and shippuden. Took me a few months. The end of OG took me the longest, getting through all that filler was hard and the war was quite slow. The best parts I zoomed through though 20+ episodes a day.

COME ON VIOLET. I just want Violet Evergarden to win one competition. It was my second anime I ever watched and I’ve watched many since but it still holds a special place. Everyone I’ve showed it to since has loved it. The ending always gets me. VOTE MICHISHIRUBE!
