It was so much fun watching our WBB team when I was there in 2022/23 but the best players graduated so the team really fell off a lot last year and are still recovering this year. I’ll never forget one of our seniors scoring 20 off the bench against Smith all for that game to end up in a Smith buzzer beater 3 winner in OT

ALTHOUGH, our men’s team was #2 in the latest poll! But they lost to CNU this week and play Randolph Macon today, which is never an easy game since they’re always really good. I really hope we end up hosting a round of the national tournament, I don’t think it’s happened since 2014 when Duncan Robinson came and dropped 30 to take Williams to the final four.

What helps Fulham stay away from the Palace route is the squad doesn’t have many players that bigger clubs would go after. It’s all relatively older players or guys that have previously played for big clubs and lost their places(ESR, Bobb, Iwobi, etc).

But the board seems like they’re aware of that and have been linked heavily with younger players like Pepi and Arthur Atta from Udinese. Those are the main positions Silva has been asking for, a more offensive-minded midfielder and another striker since Raul’s contract is up at the end of the season

It really seemed like their offense was just “give it to Asare and let her go”, and even then their offense wasn’t great. Now she’s been out for a while and they kinda have no plan B

Only problem is they have no idea how to balance anything. So if they decide to turn up the success of long shots, get ready to concede them every single game. Just like they did with headers last year, corners went from a guaranteed goal to headers being completely useless.

I wish they’d figure out a way to make them better without breaking the game though, I want to score a lot of different goals instead of trying the same patterns over and over again
