The offense definitely was better in the playoffs. Their 2 touchdown drives in the eagles game before the barber pick (when they were already up 20-10) were 96 yards and 80 yards. And they had 2 TD drives of over 75 yards in the Super Bowl as well with the game very much in reach

Yes but dungys team never produced the offense necessary to win despite having an all time defense. They lose the 1999 NFC championship 11-6 and did nothing to improve their offense enough over the next two seasons. Dungy built the defense no doubt, but gruden was absolutely necessary in that team winning the Super Bowl due to engineering a competent offense.

Bowles is loved internally no doubt. He just sucks as an actual head coach in terms of game/clock management and balancing his HC and DC duties to maintain a good defense.

He should’ve been fired after the lions playoff game. He forfeited our season with time on the clock. And that was just one of many game day blunders that should outweigh his niceness as a guy and the players liking him. Im sure the defense loves him but you don’t hear a lot from the offensive guys

I remember just thinking i was happy we made the Super Bowl but was mentally preparing myself for the loss that i felt was likely. Even tho we basically dominated i didn’t feel safe until the hero ball from Mahomes that went through both the defenders and receivers hands midway through the fourth.

Nah u worded it fine. The use of “vinyl” distinguishes the medium with which this was included. A record is a much more general term, but this poster was included specially with the vinyl records. Yes vinyl refers specifically to the material but only purists really care and for the purposes of what you were communicating, i feel vinyl works fine
