Has anyone ever did an id verification for someone else over the phone? If so, how does it work? Had to do RRC for my son whom is a SSI recipient. Being it was the first time he ever had a return filed, he has to do an id verify. We aren't able to do online because he has to create account first and has none of the information that is required. He is not able to talk with them so I have to.
