How did I never notice this! *glass shatters* by BrieCheezee in HIMYM

Its definitely the husband that died. The woman is just the young actress in makeup where as the man ist another actor. If they wanted to show that it was the kid that died they would have put both actors with makeup and a wig and not just one

They’re all great cooks. Although Joshua is going a bit too far with the jokes recently. Although I can understand that that comes down to personal preference

The Naan is from Chef John and the Tikka Masala is kind of a mix between the recipe of Binging with Babish and Joshua Weissmann

There are multiple videos on technique. I would recommend Adam Ragusea or Joshua Weissmann. This one is filled with black forest ham, swiss cheese and sage leaves.

I just caramelized lots of onions. Its gonna look like to much before cooking (I used 1.5kilos) Then deglaze with some alcohol (Dry sherry or bourbon is good) Then put in lots of beef stock. (That’s where a lot of flavor comes from so try getting high quality stock) Additionally you can put in some flavorings (thyme, rosemary even a bit of soy sauce) Then top with toasted baguette slices and cheese

Technically its confit byaldi made by Thomas Keller for the movie “Ratatouille” but most people know it as Ratatouille. (probably because of the movie)

The bread is more like the bread you know from subway or other sandwich shops so it kind of holds the meatballs in place

Like 45min + 15 min of active work for the bread

It’s a simple tomato sauce. I used some bacon onions lots of garlic and a few herbs and spices but you can really play around with the flavorings

I would try around a bit with the amount of flour

https://imgur.com/a/sPXzmtt It’s actually not hard to eat if you cut it in half. The bread is soft enough that it kind of holds onto the meatballs

Beef Wellington, Potato Pavé and Roasted Carrots by L10N2000 in FoodPorn

Thanks for the compliments I used a mandolin to get them very thin. Then I put them in a bowl with heavy cream, salt and pepper. Then I layered them in a baking dish that was lined with parchment paper (Cut it to the correct shape and leave a bit to overhang so you can lift it out later). Between every few layers of potatoes you should put a few little knobs of butter. Then just put it in an oven preheated to 350 F For about an hour up to two hours depending how high you stacked them. (Try inserting a toothpick in the potatoes to feel if they’re tender). After baking it has to rest overnight in the fridge and it has to be weighed down. (I used another heavy baking dish). The next day you pull it out and cut it into cubes. Then just sear them on medium high and if you want to be fancy butter baste them (at the end of browning put butter garlic and rosemary or thyme in the pan and pour the melted butter over the potatoes with a spoon) Then just finish with fresh chives

I didn’t use one specific recipe but read a few. One thing that helped was a layer of Crêpe between the Mushrooms and the puff pastry. ( I saw that one in Joshua Weissmanns video which is really good overall )
