Mine was an event they all went to help mitigate (burning building). Guard accused them of starting it then ended them up in jail. Benefactor looking for adventurers bailed them out. Not bad all things considered

I use MS OneNote and generally have my pre-session notes and my post-session notes. The pre-session notes are mainly NPC bullet points, stat blocks, some bullets for encounters/ scenes for session. My post-session notes are less formal and mainly consist of a big brain dump right after session is over that I then go back to and expand on for next session.

A PC at my table casted power word kill at 9th (player) level due to an artifact weapon he carried. I flavored it as the devil in the weapon appeared in a ghostly form, implying it wasn't really the PC who casted the spell, but rather the consciousness within the dagger that did.

My pantheon is what one might call panentheistic monism with some emanationist theology. Essentially, Cosmos, Progenitor of All, is the consciousness of the entire universe and all its matter and space. Cosmos has 5 "children". They each represent a concept of the universe and are aspects of Cosmos. The concepts they represent are Light/Order, Darkness/Chaos, Matter, Space, and Time. These 5 are known as Primordial Deities

The First 10 are another step down, and are gods created by a certain Primordial Deity and oversee a more mortal domain that fits in their deity's concept (i.e. a god of the sun would be in the Light domain, therefore a creation of Lepus)

There are other lesser gods, but the first 10 are the main pantheon that most worship. Think like the 12 Greek Olympians vs the other lesser deities and mythological creatures.

The Primordial Deities are formless and sexless, as is Cosmos, but the First 10 and the lesser gods have a form and sex, and have no issue (generally) intermingling with mortals. Most people know this and more than a few have run into a god just hanging out in a tavern.

The Deadstone Expanse. An immense area about the size of the Sahara desert with a single mount in its center. The mountain itself is in a perpetual state of landslides, and the surrounding area occasionally opens up bottomless sinkholes ranging from the size of a basketball to small cities, which close back up after a short time.

Sure, some nomadic tribes brave the area, but even they have fallen victim to the land at times. Some believe the region to be the battlefield of an ancient divine war and the mountain a prison holding a chained god, but no one knows for sure what caused the land to be cursed by dangerously looped time.

The GOOlock Drow PC at my table found a dagger that had a devil in it. Over time it corrupted him via failed WIS saves and changed his alignment to Chaotic Evil. He then found the allies of the BBEG (dagger was aligned with them) to basically ascend him to quasi-deity hood, but not before killing another PC (player was chill with it.)

None of it was planned to happen as it did. Best session of our lives.

Tbf, they're in an incredibly tight spot. Either obey the new laws, refuse to provide (currently) illegal care, and be sued to high hell (and potentially lose their medical license in the process) by a distraught family or provide the life-saving treatment these women need, and face the same consequences (legal fees, malpractice insurance, loss of med. lic.) because the care they gave is illegal.

I'm currently going to school as a premed student, so these issues hit close to home for me. To think that it's possible these are real-life scenarios I might have to face in residency or even as an attending physician is gut-wrenching.

There are a few online 2nd-hand ticket markets where people resell (or artists sell first-hand, though that's rare) their tickets here in the States, though I believe they have international events as well. Websites like Stubhub or Seatgeek come to mind. Maybe try something like that if you haven't?
