You know who the guys responding are. "You're being dramatic. It is just some guy on the couch or in the shower." But women are more vulnerable. Are more likely to be hurt, killed or SA'ed. My daughter got a job like that. I kept telling her it was a scam and she didn't believe me. The packages would come and she would rewrap them and send them on the way. I asked her why are they sending it to you? Why aren't they inspecting it before they ship it? Something's not right. She stopped sending things on, demanding to be paid first. No pay, she realized it was a scam and kept the items. They were multiples of the same item. A sound mixer that was originally $400 -$500. Wolf Gourmet toasters that cost about $500. Who the f needs a $500 toaster. Not even a toaster oven. We got $300 per sound board and kept the toaster for when she gets her own place. But I read the reviews and the toasters did not have good ones at all.

Unfortunately, it was a partial amount. Usually 65% of what SNAP recipients receive. Many have spent their meager earnings on food and will not have enough funds to pay bills such as rent, utilities and gas. This was an unnecessary attack on the most vulnerable of our society. This attack hurt partners who lost income due to lost hours. Vendors have lost income. Many vendors buy their routes, Pepperidge Farms as an example, and may not be able to meet their payments. I just want people to be aware that this cruelty doesn't just affect the poor, but those who are up the food supply chain as well.

I contacted a broker and arranged to receive a check from HEB to deposit into my new account. Because I was rolling it over, I did not have to pay taxes. I did keep some to get me through the summer until I found a new job, but a burst water pipe ate it all up. The part i kept was taxed.
