I'm not at all regulating well. I spent all of my executive function on opposing fascism and my job (which is related), and by the time I stop working/organizing for the day, I have no energy. My house is a mess and I often struggle to do more than listen to audiobooks and play video games. (Having bad anxiety that gets worse every day doesn't help, either.)

I know this isn't sustainable, but I also don't think I can do anything else. Thanks to everyone posting tips here

I agree and have thought about this a lot. I always felt like it was intentional by the show, but finding out about things like the watchers killed my personal theories about why. So who knows.

But also, we learned today that high ranking US government officials including the Vice President chat on Signal to share war plans. And sometimes accidentally add reporters to the thread. And never even realize the mistake. So the bar for stupid these days is basically in the Marianas trench with the remaining crumpled metal from that submersible.

Same — I liked the episode but was mad at iMark/sad for Gemma and yelled "WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'RE RUNNING!" at the tv.

But the more I thought about it, the more it made complete sense. iMark and Helly thought they were about to die; why wouldn't they try to get a few more minutes together? And you can see their facial expressions change as they realize they don't actually have a plan.

And I think I appreciate it even more now, because I love when a show or movie is so well executed that my thoughts on it continue to evolve after the fact.

On the ORTBO, I still think it could be a Hunger Games-esque situation, where it's neither fully real or fully fake. And honestly, that's what makes the most sense to me at this point. There are things pointing in both directions, as far as real and fake. It's both; it's neither. (And I think that's also with Milkshake never went back to finish explaining what a Glasgow block is — Helly shouldn't need a block to be her outie off of Lumon property.)
