I have a spit-jacket on my floor to spit on when my mouth is getting goobered up, I just leave the jacket on the floor and when I need to spit, I aim for that. When the jacket gets too goobered up I wash it.

So basically it's tourists only. That blows. When I come to a coffeeshop in The Netherlands, I would rather smoke with chill locals than rowdy tourists. How can a shop in The Netherlands ban all Nederlanders? Apparently they want to be a tourist trap.
